Corn Maze Fun!

We did our first corn maze this weekend down in South Rockwood! Our buddies, Jay and Carolyn came up for the day from Toledo for our annual pumpkin carving, and now a corn maze! We may need to add this to the traditions as well :)


Look for the first time ever, Carolyn knows what it's like to be Jay, or at least understand the height thing!!

We weren't so luck when we got there as we ended up getting stuck in the jail cell :(

We made it out of the jail safely, and got to visit with the giant green bug. As you can see Carolyn, wasn't quite as trusting of Brooke's skills as I was...or maybe she thought making sure the kiddo didn't fall off was more important than the picture :)

Brooke did a great job leading us through the maze. We all took turns each time there was a direction choice to decide which way to go! This way one person wasn't at fault with getting us lost.
Besides having to watch out for scary people jumping out to attack us through the maze, were were pretty nervous we would exit through the entrance, instead of the exit and have to start all over!!

Fortunately, there was plenty of corn for us to eat to keep us going!!

See anything up there Brooke?? What's the right way to go!?!?!?

Whew...safe and sound out of the maze, and exited through the exit! Now that's a relief!

Next we spent a little time at the kiddie farm! Brooke got to ride the giant turtle...

...and the horsey!!

Carolyn milked the cow, so we could make some ice cream later!!

And finally we narrowly escaped the place without getting eaten by the giant spider!!
