Best Caption??

Well Brooke learned yet another trick!! Now we just have to choose our favorite caption. Which one do you like the best??

"Well my fingers are so yummy lets see how my feet taste!"

"I am soooo hungry I could eat my feet!"

"Wow look at me I can touch my toes!"
and last but not least....
"Look at me...I am just like mom!! I can put my foot in my mouth!"

Just Like Daddy

Happy Valentine's Day!

Happy Valentine's Day everyone!! Brooke got a fun new outfit from Grandma and Grandpa S, and cute little stuffed puppy dog from Grandma and Grandpa B.

and of course some fun Valentine's day sock from her mommy!
Pretty miniature roses from Aunt "La La"...aka Lea.

Of course they also looked very yummy...
So did the chocolates that daddy got for mommy...
mmmm...so yummy! Yes, Brooke did grab it all by herself, and we took it away right after the picture :)
Look how long her hair is getting....she has plenty for a cute little bow!

Another Lazy Saturday

Random pictures from another lazy Saturday....

Brooke modeling her ladybug hat she made at her Valentine's Day party!
Passed out little baby!
Our rascal little puppy, Shelly.
and...a happy little baby. She still isn't making any attempts to crawl, but we are ok, and still enjoying her immobility.

She just doesn't have a shot at escaping her puppy dog though. Good thing she really thinks Shelly is funny.

7 months old!

Crazy...crazy...Brooke is 7 months old as of February 8th! She is growing so fast. We are having such a good time watching her experience new things everyday. However, its still the simplest of things that entertain her the most...like for example her "7 month sign".

She is still primarily eating milk, but we are slowly trying to introduce the solids to her as well. (IE peas as in the previous post.) She also, seems to like the pears.

We continuously hear from our friends and family about how "easy" of a baby Brooke is. She isn't fussy too often, only when we don't have the bottle ready and she is soooo hungry, or if she is really sleepy. She is sleeping from about 8 pm to 6 am each night, and normally only wakes about once or twice so we can find her binkie for her, and of course one last good night kiss.

Plus she is still having a great time at daycare, and always so excited to see Miss T and the rest of the kids each morning.

My buddy!

Here are her 7 month pics. I though I would include some of the "outtakes" as well!

Yummy!

Ta Da the best one! She still really likes to suck in her bottom lip :)

Peas anyone??

We enjoyed a nice lazy Saturday afternoon! Even though we didn't get the feet of snow all the surrounding areas got, we still decided to just chill around the house all day.

Brooke got all cuddly for the day in her warm outfit from the Fry's.

Also, we still haven't been having much luck feeding Brooke anything besides her bottle, but we keep on trying. Here is her first attempt at peas...mmm....

I am not really sure if any of it actually got swallowed, but at least she didn't seem to mind the taste too much.

I think she actually enjoyed being a messy little baby!

Or did she...
And of course the next move was straight to the bath tub!
Thanks for giving me a bath daddy!
All nice and snuggle in my pjs!

Great Grandma Marg

Last weekend Brooke and I traveled to Cleveland, OH to visit with Brooke's Great Grandma Marg. My sister and dad also made the trip from Dayton for the weekend.

Brooke was very excited to meet her Great Grandma. It really brightened up Great Grandma Marg's day to finally get to meet her little great grand baby.

Brooke, Lea, Grandma, & Hannah
Brooke loves the new game of snatching your glasses right off your face, and got to practice a ton with Grandpa this weekend.

Four generations!!
I also learned to keep an extra eye on Grandpa this weekend, as he decided to see what Brooke thought of martinis!

The funniest thing about this picture, is that Brooke was actually smiling when I went to take the picture, and this is what I got!
